❌ No Return Policy (Food Safety Reasons)

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

This is because:

  • Honey is a perishable/consumable food item

  • Opened or delivered food products cannot be resold

  • Hygiene and safety of customers is our priority


✅ Refund / Replacement Allowed Only in These Cases

We offer a replacement or refund only if:

✔ You receive a damaged or broken jar
✔ The wrong product is delivered
✔ The package is missing items
✔ Product is leaked during transit


📌 Conditions for Refund Request

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Clear photos/video of the damaged package must be shared

If delivery is delayed due to courier/logistics reasons, Bharat Bee will support you but refunds depend on courier confirmation.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
